Cancellation Policy
Order Cancellation
At Panikha, we understand that plans can change. You may request to cancel your order under the following conditions:
- Orders can be cancelled within 12–24 hours of placing the order
- Cancellation requests must be made before the order is processed or shipped
Once the order has been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled.
How to Request Cancellation
To cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible with your order details:
Please include your order number and reason for cancellation to help us process your request quickly.
Refund for Cancelled Orders
If your cancellation request is approved:
- A full refund will be issued to your original payment method
- Refund processing may take 5–7 business days depending on your payment provider
Orders That Cannot Be Cancelled
Orders cannot be cancelled in the following cases:
- If the order has already been processed or shipped
- If the product is part of a special promotion or final sale (if applicable)
Changes to Orders
If you wish to modify your order (such as size, address, or product), please contact us immediately. We will try our best to accommodate changes before the order is shipped.
Important Note
Panikha reserves the right to cancel any order due to:
- Product unavailability
- Payment issues
- Suspected fraudulent activity
In such cases, a full refund will be provided.
